Thirty minutes of daily exercise is a good way to avoid the risk of stroke or cardiovascular brain. Physical activity helps strengthen the muscles of the heart and maintain proper operation.  Changing lifestyle can reduce the risk of stroke and it is better to start now than to wait further on when diseases have started to come up on your body and  before it becomes evident that your body is not as healthy as when it was young.

A lot of people are dying at a younger age. People over the age of 50 are more prone to a heart attack then what they were in their 20's.  Most of the people who suffer from this are people who do not exercise, eat proper foods, consume liquor and other chemicals to their bodies. People who live this sort of  lifestyle are the people who die from a myocardial infarction.

Just the simple act of getting up and walking around the park for 30 minutes to an hour can help out your body more than what you can imagine. The simple task of walking help strengthen your heart and its muscles, bring oxygen to your body, and can enhance your metabolism.

Now for those who are up to a little more of a challenge there is jogging or running. This task requires more capacity but also goes along with walking. Once you have usual place to walk it might be a good idea to step it up a notch and start jogging then progress to running. Running or jogging require for your body to need more oxygen and start pumping blood to your body. the more blood that is pumped the more your heart is beating.

Doing this regularly may not be an option to most individuals but there is a way to keep on being active. When you are going up the stairs try to use the steps and the escalator.  walk up the building and try not the use the elevator as much as possible. Elevators, escalators, and car require little or no physical movement. So, if you are going only a short distance try to walk and not use your car.

The people who are more active are less likely to become prone to a heart attack. They also live a longer healthier lifestyle and live longer. So, lets take care of our bodies and let's try to get active. Remember to not try to go over your limit progress until your body feels it can do more. Pushing your body more than it can go is hurting it not helping it.
