Coffee contains antioxidant that our body needs, however, if you find yourself needing coffee every day and when you don't get your coffee fix you feel low and lack energy it may be a sign of dependence.  I didn't believe it at first but there have been cases where individuals have developed an addiction and/or dependence on caffeine.  Too much of anything is bad, too much caffeine can increase chances for heart related illnesses.

This addiction can be difficult to diagnose since caffeine is in many drinks like coffee, tea and soda.  The amount we consume is not of our concern most do not realize they have developed an abnormal use.  Caffeine is not a drug or illegal so I can't be addicted -- is what most would say.  Building tolerance toward the effects of caffeine can be dangerous, tolerance means that it takes more cups or coffee or more tea bags for us to feel the effects.   Caffeine addiction can bring severe side effects such as irritability, headaches, extreme fatigue, and sleepiness.

Neighborhood watches or simple neighborhood concern can be most affective in maintaining safety for your family as well as everyone in your neighborhood.  But this is not true in everywhere, some neighborhoods don't have this bond so they require 'Guard Dogs'.

Aggressive guard dogs can be harmful towards others, there has been reports of dogs attacking walkers or passer-bys -- guard dogs have a purpose, however, when they are trained to be overly aggressive towards others it can be a negative for the neighborhood.

Who wants to walk around an area where they fear being attacked by dogs, even a sign such as the one below "I can make it to the gate in 3 seconds" says about the safety of the neighborhood?

If you find yourself with the need to have a guard dog consider some of these tips: One way owners can prevent their dogs from getting loose is by staying aware, know where your dog is.  Two, keep up with your dog's immunizations for their health and others.

Lastly, dogs are not a machine to watch your homes while you're not home.  How do you feel you treat your dogs? Do you think he has been loved?
